Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join the Enterprise Value Creation (EVC) team in New York. You will lead value‑creation efforts, drive strategic and operational cost and margin improvements, and help clients realise sustainable ROI through rigorous analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to building out the EVC practice, and work across Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources sectors to deliver

Formación

• 2+ years in value creation programs or similar.
• Experience across diagnostics to implementation in profitability transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Help clients address complex value‑creation issues across strategic and operational work.
• Mobilize and lead multi‑disciplinary cost and margin improvement programs.
• Capabilty Building: empower clients to sustain improvements through knowledge transfer.
• Mentor and inspire junior team members and grow the Enterprise Value Creation team.
