Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Manager for its Enterprise Value Creation practice in New York. You will drive value through strategy, cost and revenue initiatives, and lead multi-disciplinary programs across industries.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in value creation or consulting, with ACA/CIMA or accounting background, and a proven ability to deliver tangible client benefits while coaching others.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in value creation or consulting.
• Experience in margin improvement, pricing, and commercial excellence.
• Experience in industry sectors: Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources.
• Experience building value creation capabilities and teams within a consulting organization.
• Experience supporting client implementation to deliver tangible benefits.
• ACA/CIMA qualified, with an accounting degree or experience in managing a P&L.
• Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments.
• Experience coaching teams and delivering training to colleagues and/or clients.
• Senior stakeholder communications, management, presentation and relationship development skills.

Responsibilities

• Help clients address strategic, operational and organizational issues affecting top-line growth and bottom-line margins.
• Lead delivery on programs from EVC strategy to multi-disciplinary improvement projects across cost and margin.
• Build client capability to ensure sustainable value creation.
• Coach, mentor and inspire junior team members to fulfil their potential.
• Support Partners and Directors in business development and account management.
• Be a key member of the Enterprise Value Creation team to drive market leadership.
