Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join the Enterprise Value Creation team in New York. You will lead value creation programs focused on margin improvement, cost reduction, pricing and growth initiatives for multiple client sectors.

The role includes coaching junior staff, supporting business development, and helping establish the Go-To brand in the US. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of relevant experience, ACA/CIMA, and a proven ability to deliver tangible client results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or corporate settings.
• Experience delivering value creation programs focused on margin, cost, pricing, or growth.
• Experience in at least one of Baringa's industry sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of value creation programs across cost management, margin optimization, pricing strategy, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and support business development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize sustainable value for clients.
