Zusammenfassung

Baringa is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our US consulting team. You will own substantial portions of client engagements, structure ambiguous problems, and turn analyses into actionable recommendations, while developing leadership and sector expertise.

You will work on complex strategic, operational and transformational challenges, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and coaching junior colleagues. A bachelor’s degree is required, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant consulting experience.
• Strong foundation in management or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to developing others and inclusive culture.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as engagement requires.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in one or more of Baringa's sectors or capabilities is preferred.

• Own defined project workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Structure complex problems and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables including presentations and roadmaps.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops and working sessions with client stakeholders.

• Coach and develop junior colleagues through coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and capability development to grow the US business.
