Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Pre-Merger Diligence
• Catalog systems architecture and landscape for incoming firms.
• Prepare system architecture diagrams.
• Assess system compatibility for incoming firms.
• Plan for system integration.
• Collect, prepare, and format data for ingestion into existing systems.
• Post-Merger Integration
• Establish and coordinate project workstream meetings for system integration.
• Develop scalable IT architecture aligned with incoming firms.
• Manage data transfer activities.
• Identify, report, and resolve integration issues.
• Track and ensure timely project delivery.
• Perform fit-gap analysis.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in large systems and application integration.
• Experience with Integration or M&A lifecycle processes.
• Background as a Technology Delivery Consultant, Business IT Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with technology and third-party software diligence.
• Preferred:
• Consulting or advisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with large data ingestion and quality control.
• Knowledge of IT architecture and planning.
• Experience with NetSuite, Wolters Kluwer (CCH), Smartsheets.
• At least 2 years in M&A transactions involving integration.
