Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of retail/distribution/wholesale experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting sales targets. Experience in driving 7 figures or above sales targets is required.
  • Experience in B2B sales with effective closing skills.
  • Preferably a Rolodex of contacts or ability to generate leads.
  • Some e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Ability to drive and measure results from business development efforts.
  • Startup attitude: collaborative, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and independent.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, solutions-driven, adaptable.
  • Account or project management skills to handle multiple leads and projects.
  • Ability to conduct difficult conversations and negotiations independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop B2B business with retailers and distributors, mainly in the USA, through various channels including cold outreach, networks, and online marketplaces.
  • Expand into offline channels and segment potential partners by territory, product, and channel suitability.
  • Understand partner needs and align with brand offerings, coordinating with internal teams on product, marketing, and logistics.
  • Negotiate contracts with attention to detail and ensure internal alignment.
  • Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with partners, offering opportunities for mutual growth.
