Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Amazon Connect Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation to design, configure, and implement contact center capabilities for clients. You will translate requirements into contact flows, collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, and apply AWS best practices to deliver secure, scalable solutions that align with client needs.

In this hands-on role you will support testing, releases, and post-go-live stabilization, while guiding delivery across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT/software delivery experience, incl. 3+ years with enterprise contact center or cloud solutions
• 3+ years leading a technical workstream or delivery team (onshore/offshore)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and build Amazon Connect contact center capabilities
• Translate requirements into contact flows and integrations
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery with onshore/offshore developers
• Apply AWS best practices for secure, reliable solutions
• Provide day-to-day client-facing technical guidance
