Slalom, LLC is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Workforce Modernization team in Houston, operating in a hybrid on-site capacity. The role focuses on leading enterprise change programs, guiding AI-enabled transformations, and coaching client leaders to adopt new working practices.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of change management experience, strong AI coaching capabilities, and a track record of driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups within agile environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with advanced mastery in change management and leading complex initiatives.
• Experience with AI coaching and enabling change in AI-enabled environments.
• Deep knowledge of agile change management methodologies; certifications (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) are beneficial but not required.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance change delivery and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-level change strategies aligned to client goals.
• Deliver AI coaching and mentor change leaders to adopt new ways of working.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to build alignment and sponsorship.
• Develop AI-enhanced training and learning assets to accelerate adoption and workforce readiness.
• Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption, proficiency, and learning outcomes.
