Responsibilities

• Evaluate, price, and underwrite complex construction risks, securing approvals and negotiating outcomes with agents and brokers.
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with key agents and brokers through proactive communication and site visits.
• Manage a sizable, complex book of business with a focus on profitable growth, retention, diversification, and market share.
• Maintain thorough underwriting files and ensure compliance with regulations and authority.
• Mentor and coach underwriters and analysts, sharing best practices and providing regular feedback.
