Responsibilities

Provide expert technical underwriting guidance across multiple lines in Large Construction.
Keep primary casualty and excess placements aligned across wrap-up programs (OCIP/CCIP).
Monitor underwriting decision frameworks and recommend improvements.
Drive underwriting excellence in Large Construction with leaders and teams.
Identify opportunities for product and service improvements and underwriter development.
Collaborate across underwriting support, claims, actuarial, and product teams.
