Responsibilities

• Provide expert underwriting guidance across auto, general liability, workers' comp, and lead/excess in Large Construction.
• Ensure consistency of primary casualty and excess placements (OCIP/CCIP).
• Support leadership with referrals, transactions, and pricing/financial decisions.
• Monitor underwriting decision frameworks and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify product and service enhancements and skill development.
