• 5+ years in leadership, training, instructional, or construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of craft and staff training programs that enhance workforce competency.
• Collaborate with internal groups to identify training gaps and design strategic training plans that support a ONE B&V approach.
• Align training initiatives with project requirements, business-line objectives, and organizational change efforts.
• Support long range planning, budgeting input, and resource forecasting for training programs.
• Coach project teams on the application of AWP and WFP best practices to maximize planning efficiency and improve progress tracking.
• Oversee training scheduling, tracking, and documentation; ensure accurate records of attendance, certifications, and compliance.
