Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation seeks a Senior Tools & Implementation Specialist (InEight) for field-based work across power, water, grid, and industrial projects. You will lead training program development and deployment, aiming to improve workforce competency and ensure adherence to AWP and WFP.

The role requires on-site engagement, strong leadership, and experience with InEight Plan & Progress, Procore, and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a leadership, training, instructional, or construction operations role.
Open shop and/or union experience; Direct Hire experience for Direct Hire assignments.
Extensive hands-on experience in construction, project management, or industrial field operations.
Strong knowledge of AWP/WFP, work packaging principles, and field execution processes.
Proficiency with InEight Plan & Progress, Procore, and related digital project management tools.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of craft and staff training programs that enhance workforce competency and compliance.
Collaborate with internal groups to identify training gaps and design strategic training plans that support a ONE B&V approach.
Align training initiatives with project requirements, business-line objectives, and organizational change efforts.
Support long range planning, budgeting input, and resource forecasting for training programs.
Lead the creation and continuous improvement of training materials, manuals, presentations, e learning content, simulations, and job specific work processes.
Deliver engaging training sessions through classroom, workshop, field mentoring, and virtual environments.
