Job summary

JRM Construction seeks a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for construction operations and preconstruction roles across multiple regional offices in the U.S. The role requires fluency in construction project delivery and experience speaking the language of field teams.

As a senior voice within the Talent Acquisition team, you will mentor junior recruiters, own ATS integrity for the construction portfolio, and drive process improvements related to field hiring.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; construction/AEC preferred.
• Experience recruiting for field roles (PM, Superintendent, Estimator).
• Hands-on ATS administration with reporting and data integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for construction operations and preconstruction roles across multiple JRM offices.
• Partner with executives and regional hiring managers to discuss headcount and hiring strategy.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates with a focus on fit for field delivery (CM/GC).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of field and preconstruction talent.
• Utilize recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill and pipeline conversion.
