Job summary

JRM Construction seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for construction operations and preconstruction roles across multiple regional offices. You will evaluate technical fit, speak the language of field teams, and mentor junior recruiters on construction sourcing.

You will partner with leaders to shape hiring strategy, manage ATS workflow, and benchmark compensation for field talent, while driving pipeline development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for construction/engineering/AEC field roles.
• Working knowledge of construction project delivery methods and field org structures.
• Hands-on ATS administration experience, including workflow management and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions across regions and functions.
• Strong mentoring or coaching skills for junior recruiters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for construction operations roles across multiple JRM offices.
• Partner with Project Executives and regional hiring managers to discuss headcount and hiring strategy.
• Identify and leverage industry events and sourcing channels to find candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess fit for CM/GC delivery.
