Job summary

Goyette Mechanical in Ohio is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Construction) to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations. You will partner with executives and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and hire top talent for project management, operations, and construction leadership roles.

You will build proactive pipelines, leverage ATS and recruiting tech, and represent the company through industry networking to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years recruiting experience in a technical setting; construction/engineering preferred.
• Experience building and managing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational growth initiatives, and strategic hiring decisions.
• Proficiency with ATS, recruiting technology, and sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting platforms.
• Strong understanding of construction industry roles, talent markets, and hiring practices.

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting to attract, engage, and hire top talent across locations.
• Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers; understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Identify qualified candidates across project management, operations, and construction leadership functions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent and build pipelines.
• Manage recruiting processes, leverage technology and data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Represent the company through industry networking and outreach efforts; enhance talent acquisition strategies.
