Bristol Industries LLC is seeking a Construction Surveillance Engineer to support NAVFAC Southeast HQ, PWD and ROICC offices across the NAVFAC SE AOR in Florida. The role involves construction inspection, QA, ESS compliance, and contract administration.

Responsibilities include coordinating outage requests, attending meetings, reviewing submittals, and preparing CRRs/CCCNs. Requires 7+ years in construction management with CQM certification and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture from ABET/ACCE/NAAB accredited programs.
• Alternative: five additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Responsabilités

• Provide management support to FEAD/ROICC for construction services.
• Coordinate outages, permits, routes, and related items from contractors.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and brief FEAD/ROICC representatives.
• Review submittals designated for Government approval.
• Review construction schedule analyses and notes on progress diagrams and safety plans.
• Monitor contractor CQC compliance with contract and plans.
• Prepare CRRs and CCCCNs and address non-compliance issues.
• Monitor environmental protection requirements and materials testing.
• Witness testing of systems and review daily CQC/CPR reports.
• Assist field pay estimates with contractor representatives.
