Job summary

Integra is seeking a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality. You will manage field staff, schedules, safety, cost control, and collaborate with management, clients, and subcontractors to drive project success.

You will lead on smaller projects or scopes on larger projects, coordinating with PMs and vendors to ensure seamless execution and compliance with specs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• 8 years of experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules with logical sequencing.
• Review project financial information with Project Management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and run weekly schedule meetings.
• Prepare detailed look-ahead schedules for near-term planning.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships for project success.
