Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. seeks a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from start to finish. You will manage field staff, safety, cost control, and quality while coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, monitoring progress, and driving subcontractor performance. A strong focus on safety, daily reporting, and effective communication is essential to ensure on‑time, on‑budget project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction supervision experience.
• 8 years experience preferred for lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Initiate development of a project schedule including activities and sequencing.
• Review project financial information with Project Management.
• Collaborate in updating the Work Progress Schedule (WPS).
• Prepare detailed look ahead schedules for near term planning.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor schedule meetings.
• Coordinate varying scopes of work to expedite progress.
• Develop subcontract scopes or bid packages with Project Management.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to drawings and scope.
• Prepare daily reports reviewing subcontractor progress.
• Assist in review of submittals and shop drawings for specs.
• Coordinate change orders, RFIs, and submittals effectively.
• Develop and execute Zero Accidents (ZAP) and XMOP plans.
• Identify non-compliance with safety/quality standards.
• Monitor site daily for activity planning.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless communication.

Skills

OSHA 30 Hour

Valid Driver's License

Bilingual English/Spanish

Medical physical completed

5+ years experience

8 years experience preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
