Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. in Quanah, TX is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead planning, coordination, and field supervision of projects. You will organize and manage field staff, ensure safety, budget, and quality, and may serve as lead superintendent on smaller projects.

You will develop schedules, monitor progress, review subcontractor performance, and coordinate change orders while maintaining strong client relations to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Medical physical examination completed.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate development of a project schedule with activities and sequencing.
• Review project financial information with Project Management.
• Collaborate in Work Progress Schedule development and updates.
• Prepare detailed look-ahead schedules for near term planning.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor schedule meetings.
• Coordinate varying scopes of work to expedite progress.
• Develop appropriate subcontract scopes or bid packages with Project Management.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for alignment with drawings and contract scope.
• Prepare daily reports reviewing subcontractor reports for progress.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance with specs.
• Coordinate and manage change orders, RFIs and material submittals.
• Develop and execute Zero Accidents (ZAP) and XMOP plans.
• Identify non-compliance by subcontractors with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Monitor the site daily to plan for future needs.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams for seamless communication.
