Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate and oversee all project aspects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will manage field staff, safety, cost control, and quality, acting as lead superintendent on smaller projects or leading specific scopes on larger ones. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 5+ years of experience (8 preferred), OSHA 30, and bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (8 years preferred).
• OSHA 30 Hour certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of medical physical examination.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the development of a project schedule including activities and logical sequencing.
• Review project financial information with Project Management.
• Collaborate in the preparation and updating of the Work Progress Schedule (WPS).
• Prepare detailed look ahead schedules for near term planning.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor schedule meetings.
• Coordinate varying scopes of work to expedite progress.
• Develop appropriate subcontract scopes or bid packages with PM.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against drawings, plans, and contracted scope.
• Prepare detailed daily reports including subcontractor reports to track progress.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for specifications compliance.
• Coordinate and manage change orders, RFIs, and material submittals.
• Develop and execute Zero Accidents (ZAP) and XMOP plans.
• Identify non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Monitor the project site daily and plan for future needs.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless communication.
