Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards.

You will manage field staff, schedule work, monitor safety, cost control, and project performance across multi-discipline teams on data center projects. The role emphasizes coordination with Project Management, subcontractors, and clients, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• 8 years preferred.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of a medical physical examination.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate development of a project schedule with activities and sequencing.
• Review project financial information with Project Management."
• Collaborate in updating the Work Progress Schedule (WPS).
• Prepare detailed look-ahead schedules for near-term planning.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor schedule meetings.
• Coordinate varying scopes of work to expedite progress.
• Develop subcontract scopes and bid packages with Project Management.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against drawings and scope.
• Prepare detailed daily reports reviewing subcontractors’ progress.
• Assist in review of submittals and shop drawings for specs.
• Coordinate RFIs and material submittals efficiently.
• Develop and execute Zero Accidents (ZAP) and XMOP plans.
• Identify non-compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee daily site activities and plan for future needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
