Qualifications

• Verifiable work experience as a superintendent on construction sites.
• Ability to read and understand schedules; complete projects on time and on budget by tracking variances and costs.
• Proven track record supervising and coordinating personnel including subcontractors and materials.
• Bachelor's Degree in construction management or equivalent; drug screen, physical and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of the assistant superintendent, field engineers, craft employees, and all subcontractors on construction projects.
• Determines work priorities and coordinates activities to keep the project efficient and on schedule.
• Oversees terms of construction contracts and allocates work among teams to maintain flow.
• Maintains project budget by managing labor and equipment; ensures on-site inventory control.
• Writes daily reports and communicates progress to the office; leads weekly site coordination meetings.
