Job summary

Responsibilities

• Organizes and supervises the work of the assistant superintendent, field engineers, craft workers, and subcontractors.
• Maintains project schedule and budget, tracking variances and cost projections.
• Holds weekly coordination meetings with all subcontractors to ensure on-schedule progress.
• Ensures safety culture and compliance with company policies on site.
• Acts as liaison to the owner and coordinates plans with design team.
