Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of superintendent or project management experience in commercial construction.
• Completion of OSHA 30 training.
• Experience in leading and managing multiple construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site planning and coordination of subcontractor activities.
• Read, understand, and interpret plans and specifications.
• Ensure code compliance and coordinate quality inspections.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Submit daily and weekly status updates to management.
