Responsibilities

• Organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of assistants, field engineers, craft employees, and subcontractors.
• Determines work priorities and coordinates activities to keep the project efficient and on schedule.
• Oversees the terms and conditions of construction contracts.
• Ensures safety through a culture of safety and regular safety meetings.
• Maintains project budget and records, and tracks labor productivity.
