Job summary

SourceLine is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead a large commercial project in Raleigh, NC. This full-time, permanent role requires field leadership, safety focus, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades on-site across complex scopes.

You will oversee daily operations, review plans, use Bluebeam and construction management software, maintain daily reports and safety logs, and drive the project toward on-schedule completion while coordinating with the Project Manager

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades on complex jobsites.
• Read plans, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on a large commercial project.
• Coordinate multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, civil.
• Oversee jobsite safety, quality, schedule, and field execution.
• Manage subcontractors, field crews, and onsite activity.
• Review plans and project documents.
• Maintain daily reports, safety documentation, photos, and inspections.
• Create and manage short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Identify field issues and potential change items.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and inspectors.
• Support inspections and project closeout.
