Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a long-term commercial/institutional project in Sandusky, Ohio. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence from mobilization through closeout.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial/construction, strong concrete experience, and the ability to manage complex field activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in commercial/institutional construction.
• Experience as Superintendent on ground-up or major renovation projects.
• Strong concrete construction knowledge (foundations, slabs, formwork).
• Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions.
• Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
