Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions in Sandusky, Ohio, seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a long-term commercial/institutional project. Manage on-site activities from mobilization through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality, and driving schedule performance.

Candidates should have 10+ years in commercial or institutional construction, hands-on experience on ground-up or major renovations, and OSHA 30 or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/institutional construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or major renovation projects.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional construction project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions; coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
