Qualifications

• 5+ years of Construction Superintendent or similar field supervision.
• Experience supervising mid to large-scale commercial/residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, materials, and site logistics.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specs.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, Bluebeam, MS Office).
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment for productivity.
• Lead safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and perform site safety inspections.
• Monitor schedules, track progress, and address delays.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and trades to resolve field issues.
• Ensure quality control, codes, and specifications compliance.
• Maintain daily field reports, logs, and project documentation.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for inspectors and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permits.
