Dick Anderson Construction is seeking a seasoned Full-Time Superintendent to lead our Jackson, Wyoming construction site. This role collaborates with Project Managers, Owners, Subcontractors, and crews to ensure safety, schedule, and quality while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key duties include coordinating site logistics, supervising foremen, tracking production, and enforcing OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites and foremen.
• Strong knowledge of quality and cost control.
• Understanding building codes and blueprint reading.
• Proficiency in concrete, carpentry, and related trades.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site requirements.
• Order and manage supplies.
• Track production daily and weekly.
• Supervise foremen and crews.
• Maintain relationships with owners and subs.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards.
• Organize project documentation.
• Assist with carpentry and site prep.
• Perform housekeeping and keep site clean.
