Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up projects in Sheridan, Wyoming, owning the jobsite and driving results. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site activities, while maintaining schedules, quality, and safety, and communicating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to meet plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience with ground-up commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Proven ability to independently manage a commercial jobsite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting project schedules.

A long standing and highly respected commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join its team in Sheridan, WY. This is a strong opportunity for a superintendent who enjoys running projects in the field, taking ownership of the jobsite, and working with a company that values experienced construction professionals.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day field operations from preconstruction through project completion
