DickAndersonConstruction is seeking a motivated, organized Superintendent to join our team in Sheridan, WY. The role oversees the entire construction site across residential, commercial, and industrial settings under the direct supervision of the Project Manager.

The position emphasizes safety, quality control, and efficient site management, with responsibilities ranging from planning and coordination to mentorship of foremen and crews. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required.
• Supervisory/foreman experience required.
• Knowledge of quality and cost control and jobsite safety.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Experience with layout and rough framing.
• Proficiency in concrete, rough and finish carpentry, and other building trades.
• OSHA construction regulations knowledge.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to teach and mentor others.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan site requirements and order supplies/materials.
• Track site production daily/weekly.
• Supervise, train, guide, and direct the Foreman and crew.
• Maintain good customer relations with Owner and subs.
• Oversee quality control and productivity.
• Keep paperwork organized (reports, receipts, tickets).
• Coordinate with Foreman for updates and progress.
