Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 4+ years in a Superintendent role in construction.
• Experience in strategic planning, leadership, scheduling and blueprints.
• Willingness to travel as needed and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from pre-construction to post-construction.
• Coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality, schedules, and budget adherence.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, resources, costs, and timelines.
• Lead a high-performing team and foster a collaborative environment.
• Handle change orders to minimize schedule/budget impact.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Apply multi-family construction expertise to meet requirements.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and quality standards.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to guide activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
