Job summary

Harvey Cleary is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to coordinate all on-site construction activities for complex projects in San Antonio. You will supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and safety compliance while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to budget and schedule.

You will lead meetings with the Owner, team, and foremen, interpret plans and specs, and drive proactive problem-solving to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction job-site management.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and communicate effectively.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
• Directs field personnel to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Procures materials and monitors budget adherence.
• Manage AHJ and third-party inspections to maintain schedule.
• Lead team and foreman meetings and communicate project status.
