Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 3+ years of construction management experience in a field supervisory role.
• Ability to direct the work of others including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment and manpower.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation of work in accordance with contract documents and project schedule.
• Ensure adherence to planned sequence, milestones, and safety/quality standards.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers; monitor budgets and costs.
• Enforce safety programs and government regulations (e.g., OSHA) on the job site.
