Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct field personnel to finish on schedule and within budget.
• Procure materials and monitor budget.
• Manage AHJ and third‑party inspections to maintain schedule.
• Lead Team and Foreman meetings and discuss project progress.
• Understand project plans and specifications.
• Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare, schedule, and supervise all project tasks.
• Close out punch lists efficiently.
• Promote job-site safety and rectify hazards.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and handle other duties as assigned.
