Harvey Cleary in Houston is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction activities from inception to completion. The role includes estimating, scheduling, budgeting, safety audits, and coordinating with the Superintendent team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in a related field, 3+ years of PM experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to build client relationships and support business development.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum three years of construction/project management experience.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience with Procore preferred but not required.
• LEED accreditation preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in estimating and bidding on projects.
• Prepare and update Master and look-ahead schedules.
• Participate in job-site safety meetings and audits.
• Manage project risks and monitor costs.
• Lead job-site meetings and coordinate with the Superintendent team.
• Develop client relationships and assist business development.
• Support project close-out and RFIs.
• Ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
