Harvey Cleary is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate all site construction activities, supervise field personnel, and ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards. You will oversee subcontractors, trade teams, and safety programs across the site.

The role requires deep knowledge of field operations, excellent leadership, and strong communication with owners, teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in construction management is preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of three years of successful construction experience.
• Experience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of commercial construction.
• OSHA 510 preferred, but not required
• Current CPR/First-Aid certification or ability to obtain it within the first 6 months of employment

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct field personnel to complete the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship.
• Procure materials and monitor budget.
• Manage AHJ and 3rd party inspections to maintain project schedule.
• Run efficient Team and Foreman meetings.
• Discuss project scope and schedule in meetings with Owner, Team and Foreman.
• Understand project plans and specifications.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and employees.
• Prepare, schedule, and supervise all project tasks.
• Close out project punch lists efficiently.
• Promote site safety and rectify hazards immediately.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and field office.
