Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction management in a field supervisory role.
• Ability to direct the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment and manpower.
• Well-versed in safety and government regulations (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation of work in accordance with contract documents, project schedule and planned sequence of work.
• Be aware of milestone dates and requirements to achieve them.
• Develop understanding of duration of each activity and plan accordingly.
• Apply knowledge of equipment capability to optimize utilization.
• Know delivery dates for materials/equipment affecting the area/ trades.
• Supervise field workforce to ensure cost-effective work and budget adherence.
• Implement the safety program and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Establish hazard recognition procedures at the start of each activity.
• Maintain good relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
