Harvey Cleary is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities from inception to completion. Responsibilities include estimating, bidding, schedule development, budget monitoring, and close-out. The PM will support safety audits and supervise junior staff while building client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree in a related field, 3+ years of PM experience, and familiarity with Procore. OSHA 30 and LEED credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum three years of successful construction/project management experience.
• Experience in estimating, scheduling, quality control, and problem-solving.
• Procore preferred but not required.
• OSHA 30 preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/First-Aid certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• LEED accreditation preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in estimating and bidding on projects.
• Assist in preparation and updates of Master and look-ahead schedules.
• Participate in job-site safety meetings and complete safety audits.
• Identify, understand, and actively manage project risks.
• Conduct job site meetings.
• Monitor project costs and job cost reports.
• Identify problems and recommend solutions for review and implementation.
• Assist with business development work.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients.
• Focus on maintaining client satisfaction.
• Document punch lists and participate in project close-out.
• Prepare and track RFIs.
• Participate in industry and community activities to build relationships.
• Promote job site safety and rectify hazards.
• Understand project plans and specifications.
• Demonstrate strong leadership characteristics.
• Other duties as assigned.
