Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and coordinate the work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor on a Philadelphia project. You will ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality, and budget adherence while supervising assistants, field engineers, and interns.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, managing recovery strategies, communicating with owners and architects, and controlling the Work In Place billing and monthly estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control.
• Proficiency in EH&S applications and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and staffing levels for trades.
• Coordinate work across trades to promote a unified project operation and resolve local issues.
• Manage the site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with Turner standards.
