Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years on a $25–75M commercial/industrial project or multiple projects in a superintendent role.
• Must have 30-hour OSHA certification and valid driver's license.
• Ability to review plans, specs, and contracts for trades.
• Strong leadership and communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate trade contractors to meet project schedules.
• Supervise large, multi-project environments and manage general conditions budget.
• enforce project safety plans and OSHA compliance.
• Lead project team and collaborate with Project Management.
