MCN Build in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Superintendent with 10+ years of experience on large commercial/industrial projects to oversee multiple sites and lead trades.

The role requires a 30-hour OSHA certification, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and safety programs while representing the firm with clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on a $25-$75m commercial/industrial project or multiple projects
• 30-hour OSHA certification required
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate trade contractors and sub-contractors to meet project schedule
• Supervise construction on large/multiple projects and manage general conditions budget
• Maintain understanding of contract documents and coordinate trades
• Plan ahead to anticipate potential problems and keep schedule and costs on track
