Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a hands-on role across Northern VA/DC. You will oversee multiple active projects, coordinate subcontractors and field teams, manage schedules, logistics, and daily site activities, while ensuring safety and quality standards on $1M–$10M projects.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years with a GC, strong background in commercial/multifamily construction, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
• Experience with renovations, additions, older buildings, and occupied spaces strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple active projects
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and field teams
• Overseeing project schedules, sequencing, logistics, and daily site activities
• Ensuring safety, quality control, and compliance standards are maintained
• Managing site logistics and coordinating materials, manpower, and deliveries
• Identifying and resolving field issues to keep projects moving forward
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and design teams
• Conducting site meetings and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders
• Driving progress across multiple $1M–$10M projects simultaneously
