Job summary

Leapley Construction Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex projects from planning through execution on-site. You will manage teams, safety, schedules, and coordination with owners and subcontractors to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

The role requires extensive construction experience and a strong track record in field supervision, planning, and change management. Travel and non-traditional hours may be necessary to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience.
• 8+ years field supervision experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• May require travel/relocation.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors others to an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, suppliers, and field programs.
• Develops and communicates project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Tracks progress via meetings and daily reports; maintains project files.
• Coordinates with owners, design teams, and authorities.
• Ensures adherence to contracts and project controls.
