Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a high-growth, full-service construction firm in the Buffalo/Sheridan Wy area. The successful candidate will lead project life cycles from pre-construction through post-construction, coordinating subcontractors, and managing schedules and budgets.

bachelor’s degree preferred, CCM/CSL a plus, travel as needed. Great benefits include family coverage, company truck, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Superintendent role in construction.
• Experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and construction management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from pre-construction to post-construction.
• Coordinate subcontractors to meet quality, schedules and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones and costs.
• Lead a high-performing team and foster collaborative problem solving.
• Manage change orders to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Apply expertise in multi-family construction to meet standards.
• Conduct site inspections ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Read blueprints and specifications to guide activities.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
