Qualifications

• 10–20 years in general contracting with travel across the U.S.
• Understanding of construction materials, means, methods, and systems.
• Experience on projects $20M+ and in healthcare or federal sector projects.
• Proficient in RFIs, change orders, schedules, and subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety program implementation.
• Familiarity with Davis Bacon and union projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise day-to-day field operations and staff.
• Maintain project schedule, safety, budget, and quality control.
• Conduct onsite meetings with subs, owners, and trades.
• Forecast costs and manage change orders and documentation.
• Mentor project team and oversee close-out processes.
