Marand Builders Inc. is seeking a General Contractor Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on our commercial projects. The role emphasizes safety, supervision of multiple teams, and coordination with subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up and renovation work in healthcare, financial, and light industrial sectors, with OSHA 30 and Procore proficiency. Travel to job sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in commercial construction, overseeing ground-up projects.
• OSHA 30 within last 5 years (or ability to renew).
• Proficient in MS Office and Procore software; blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety compliance and safety plan adherence.
• Supervise field construction to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Lead weekly on-site meetings with subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain contract documents and field reports.
• Coordinate subcontractor progress and update project schedules.
