• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, healthcare sector.
• Ability to manage 2+ projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license and travel up to 30%.

• Manage project budget, writes contracts, approves invoices and updates the project schedule.
• Coordinate among subcontractors and resolve issues that arise during the job.
• Organize, process, and distribute project documents.
• Create and maintain the project schedule.
• Expedite documents and materials to meet the schedule.
• Maintain cost control data and prepare cost reports.
• Maintain relationships with customers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and employees.
• Develop short interval schedules for weekly coordination meetings.
• Track LEED requirements and ensure compliance.
• Administer document control for shop drawings, submittals, and change orders.
